UV Pure exceeds state standards and delivers low maintenance water treatment solution to mid-west community

Brian Gongol's customers typically wear a number of different hats. In the smaller communities of Iowa and Nebraska, where water and wastewater treatment dealer DJ Gongol serves, the person responsible for water treatment can also be the person responsible for public works, waste and possibly even the fire chief! Stretched for time, they need a system that is simple and requires little maintenance. That was the case in Waco, NE, so that when a local engineering firm came to Brian looking for a UV purification product for wastewater disinfection, he knew that UV Pure could deliver for the low-flow situation and the technical requirements, all with minimal maintenance. According to Brian, there has been "near-zero fecal coliform results on a permit allowing them to discharge over 1,000, so the UV Pure units did exactly what they were set out to do". That means one less thing to worry about for Gongol's customers.

G’day to UV Pure’s new Australian distributor, Nubian Water Systems

UV Pure is delighted to be working with the team at Nubian Water Systems, a company focused on bringing a sophisticated and rigorous approach to the highly regulated Australian water industry. Technical Director Phil Krasnostein notes, "the Australian water market is characterized by a concern for health and safety in domestic and commercial applications. In the past, different quality standards have been applied for different applications, but at Nubian, we require the same level of comfort and performance if we're treating one litre a day or one million litres a day". He's pleased to be adding Hallett and Upstream to their line up as "UV Pure products fit perfectly into our strategy of delivering systems that provide both customers and regulators the comfort that their systems are intelligent and performing at the highest level". UV Pure is pleased to be building on a solid reputation for Crossfire Technology in Australia and New Zealand, now with broader engineering capabilities and a strong distribution network.

UV Pure welcomes Kim Farnsworth to its growing sales team

Kim joins the UV Pure team as Sales Manager, Retail and Wholesale Distribution with an impressive background. Before joining UV Pure, she was with Kinetico Canada for eight years, where she moved her way up from Residential Sales Rep, to Sales Manager for the Corporate Retail Store, to Commercial Accounts and National Accounts and then finally to the North American National Account team. Her experiences have taught her that dealers take the water industry seriously, and are very conscious of offering high quality products that can deliver safe water. She's looking forward to supporting dealers and investing the time in educating them to ensure their customers purchase the products that are right for them. Kim is currently busy reconnecting with dealers, and showing them that UV Pure has definitively resolved previous technical issues, and has moved forward with a committed focus on quality. For fun, Kim enjoys road trips in either cars or motorcyles. Welcome Kim!
